Vendor Registration Guide - VtUtility

Step 1: Go to the Registration Page

Navigate to our registration page to start the sign-up process. You'll be prompted to provide your company information, including your email, company name, and preferred subdomain for your VTU website.

Step 2: Provide Your Company Information

Fill in the following details in the registration form:

• Company Name: Your business name, which will appear on your website.
• Email: Your official email address for business communications.
• Subdomain: A unique subdomain (e.g., yourcompany) where your free VTU website will be accessible. Tip: Choose a subdomain name that reflects your brand and business. Avoid using special characters or spaces, and keep it short and professional.
• Custom Domain: If you prefer a custom domain (e.g., yourcompany.com), you can provide it here. If not, the default subdomain will be used.

Step 3: Choose Your Tenancy Plan

We offer multiple tenancy plans to suit your needs:

• Free Plan: Get started with our free utility website builder and basic features.
• Premium Plan: Access advanced features, additional resources, and priority support.

Select the plan that best fits your business needs. You can upgrade your plan later if needed.

Step 4: Set Up Your Account

Next, you'll need to choose a username and a secure password to set up your account. Your username will be used to log in to the platform.

Step 5: Domain Availability Check

Once you've completed the form, we will check the availability of your selected subdomain or custom domain. If the domain is already in use, you'll be asked to choose another one.

Step 6: Complete Your Registration

Once you've filled in all required fields, and everything is verified, simply click on the "Register" button to finalize your account creation. You will be redirected to your new AI-powered data website with your unique subdomain or custom domain.

Step 7: Start Using Your Platform

Congratulations! Your free VTU website is ready. You can now start using the platform to manage your business, explore APIs, integrate with payment gateways, and customize your website according to your needs.

Step 1: Set Site Name and Contact Information

Go to the system settings in your dashboard and update the following details:

• Site Name: This will appear as your website's title on the homepage and in browser tabs.
• Site Email: Provide the email address for business communications.
• Site Address: Add your business address to improve your site's credibility.

Make sure to upload a Site Logo and Favicon to represent your brand.

Step 2: Configure Hero Images and Text

Next, set your Hero Image and the second image, if required. These images are critical for making your homepage visually appealing.

Also, update the Hero Text, which is the introductory text that appears on the homepage slider.

Step 3: Set Meta Information

Update the Meta Description and Meta Keywords for SEO purposes. These will help improve your search engine ranking and make it easier for customers to find your site.

Step 4: About Us and Why Choose Us Section

Provide detailed information about your business in the About Us section, and highlight key selling points in the Why Choose Us sections. You can include up to three titles and descriptions to showcase what makes your business unique.

Step 1: Edit Payment Gateway Header

Go to the Gateway Settings and update the header to include your Glatidings API Code. This step is essential for ensuring seamless payment transactions on your site.

Go to your API settings and enter the necessary keys for both test and live environments. This will ensure that your site can process payments and handle requests properly.

Step 2: Test Your Website

Once all settings are configured, thoroughly test your website to ensure everything is working smoothly, including payment gateways, data plans, and API integrations.
